Caryn moved to Carrollton at age eight, and participated in soccer and softball through CPRCAD. She received a soccer scholarship to play soccer at Young Harris and then went onto University of Tennessee at Martin to finish her college career. While in playing in college she received numerous awards in soccer including All-America, Most Valuable Keeper at the NJCAA National Tournament, MVP 3 years straight, Team Co-Captain, 2nd team all OVC, 1st team all OVC, and OVC tournament team. After graduating, Caryn moved back to Carrollton and then in 2006, started working at CPRCAD. She has been in charge of the soccer program while working for CPRCAD and seen the program change from a small town Recreation program to a thriving small club. Caryn loves working with the soccer program and watching new comers to the sport to old veterans play and love the sport she grew up playing.
