Lakeshore Recreation Center
Learn the fundamentals of basketball, football and baseball. Scrimmages will allow campers to show what they learn through a little competitive fun. Equipment will be provided, but children must wear shoes to be active in (sandals are prohibited). Campers are encouraged to bring snacks and plenty to drink. The School Age Gymnastics Camp program is an excellent opportunity for children ages 5 to 10 to improve their gymnastics skills, develop physically, mentall and emotionally and build positive relationships. By participating in this camp, children will gain strength, coordination, flexibility, confidence and self-discipline, while experiencing the benefits of teamwork and making new friends.

Carrollton Ninja Warrior Summer Camp

The Carrollton Parks and Recreation Department’s Ninja Camp program is designed to introduce children to the thrill of obstacle courses and being a Ninja warrior. During camp, participants will engage in a wide range of activities that promote physical fitness, agility and problem-solving skills. Some activities may include: obstacle course, ninja challenges, team games, trampoline and pit time.

Join us for an exciting combination of cheerleading and tumbling in one camp! During this camp, participants will learn a variety of cheers, motions, stunts and dance moves, while also improving their tumbling skills. Campers will show off what they learned at an end-of-camp with a showcase, Thursday from 3 — 3:30 pm.

Camp Spark allows campers to explore and connect with others in a safe and supportive environment. Camp Spark trained professionals are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment for participants. The camp focuses on building confidence, self-esteem and a sense of belonging among campers. Through various activities and workshops, campers will develop important life skills and learn valuable lessons that will positively impact their lives. Must be part of the therapeutic program.

Police Camp

This camp is sponsored by the Carrollton Police Department and Carroll County Sheriff’s Office. It is for students with intellectual disabilities that are served in Carrollton City Schools or Carroll County Schools in a self-contained setting. Carrollton Therapeutics supports this camp.
