All cancellations will be charged a $25 service fee. Written notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to the event to receive the full remainder of the rental fee. A notification received less than 14 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of (1/2) one-half of the total rental fees. A full refund will be issued in the event of a facility failure.

Two offices and a small kitchen in the building plus a 90’x 52’ Reception Hall with a gas log fireplace. Banquet or Meeting capacity is 200, plus there is extra seating for 50 in the original bleachers on one side of the hall. Over 163, you provide extra tables and chairs to make the 200.
