We will not allow parents on the pool deck during winter/spring lessons. NO exceptions! Parents may wait in their car, sit outside on the patio area around the pool or come in the center’s front entrance and sit in the Aerobics Room. Upon arrival/pick up for lessons, a lifeguard will take your child to the right spot for the lessons and bring them to the exit doors when each lesson is over.

Swim lessons will be canceled if thunder and lightning occurs. Due to rigid schedule, no make-up classes will be held due to inclement weather.

Exercising in water is good for those with arthritis since it is easier on the joints. Water aerobics also benefits seniors since the water provides some resistance to help strengthen the muscles. Not only does it give a workout, but it also allows seniors the opportunity to socialize and make new friends.
